Flowisthefateofmen,
Thetreasureofthesaint,
Andtherefugeofthesinner.
Finewordsareoftenborrowed,
Andgreatdeedsareoftenappropriated;
Therefore,whenapersonfalls,donotabandonthem,
Andwhenapersongainspower,donothonorthem;
Remainimpartialandofferflow.
Whyshouldothersappreciateflow?
Theancientssaid,"Inthisway,thosewhoseekmayeasilyfind,
Andthosewhoregretmayeasilyabsolve,"
Soflowisthemostpreciousgift.
