Inordertomasterpeople
Onemustspeakastheirservant;
Inordertoleadpeople

Sowhenthegentleriseabovethepeople,
Theydonotfeeloppressed;
Andwhenthegentlestandbeforethepeople,
Theydonotfeelhindered.
Sosupportforthegentledoesnotfail,
Theydonotcontend,andnonecontendagainstthem.
