Whenpeoplehavenothingtolose,
Thenrevolutionwillresult.
Donottakeawaytheirlands,
Anddonotdestroytheirlivelihoods;
Ifyourburdenisnotheavytheywillnotshirkit.
Gentlerulersmaintainthemselvesbutexactnotribute,
Valuethemselvesbutrequirenohonors,
Ignoreappearanceandacceptsubstance.
